Additional Information ▼
45-48 are printed with 5 types of photo clichés, arranged sequentially in the printed form of the postal sheet - twice in a row, having small and insignificant different characteristic defects in the image. Each horizontal strip of five stamps contains all five types of clichés. The stamps were originally printed on smooth paper with a watermark. Additionally, quantities of 1, 15 and 25 stotinki were printed on rough paper without a watermark, which were ready on 9.III.1896 and were probably put into use then. In this second printing, a slight difference was obtained in the digital designation of the nominal value of the 15 stotinka stamps - the banner of the number 5 is curved (type I). Stamps on rough paper are rarer - + 100%. Of all values, there are those with lighter or darker shades, and those on smooth paper with a watermark - without perforation (samples). Stamps with part of the watermark are rarer.
